The Nigeria Social Media space was agog with the mention of the name Nathaniel Kudu last weekend who cleared the awards at the convocation of the University of Cape Coast, Ghana.
Kudu who was said to be a Nigerian studying in Ghana was widely celebrated in order to even shame Nigeria academia and calling the government’s attention to his personalty and then appreciated.

He is a brilliant and gifted Ghanaian medical student.
He scooped 16 of the 22 medical College awards at the Second Session of the University of Cape Coast’s 55th congregation in Ghana.
Another False Claim On The Origin of Nathaniel Kudu
Riding on Durotimi Dawodu’s claim, another tweep, Sam elaborated the tweet which was also popular on Whatsapp that Kudu was born in Eggon, Nasarawa State, North Central Nigeria.
Aside most tweeps also celebrating the brilliant medic, popular musician cum director, Don Jazzy, also updated mentioning his name in appreciation of his accolades.

Facts Check About Nathaniel Kudu “Cudjoe”
Findings revealed that Nathaniel other name is actually Cudjoe and not Kudu as widely speculated online.
The name fabrication and corruption was a ploy to actually Nigerianize the name which is also written as “Nathaniel Nii Codjoe.”
Also, the ceremony where Cudjoe was celebrated happened in March 2023 where he emerged the best graduating student, a feat that was said to have earned him a meeting with the Ghanaian Vice President, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia at Jubilee House, Accra.
Further checks using Google also revealed that Codjoe was born and raised in Ghana and he is an old student of St. Peter’s Secondary School in Kwaitia-Kwaku, Ghana.
