It was reported in the news that Peter Obi while in London was detained on circumstances not clearly known initially during a trip for Easter in the UK.
News had it that Obi was said to have an identity issue on his arrival at the Heathrow Airport hence was detained by the officers at the airport.

A former APC presidential Aspirant, Adamu Garba tweeted saying the FG helped to recover Peter Obi from his detention cell in the UK over allegations of traveling to the UK with fake documents.
