How Daniel Regha Tackles and Rate Davido’s Timeless Album
Social Media critic, Daniel Regha, has reacted to Davido’s latest album – Timeless rating it 3 of 10 because he failed to grief his son, Ifeanyi, who died last year.
While sharing his thoughts on the Ọmọ Bàbá Olówó’s latest music compilation, Regha went further to say the album should be touching topics like death, pain and life journey and not about women.

I only have one thing to address. You shouldn’t exactly tell people how to grief, you don’t know if they have accepted to let go or not. He hasn’t done a tribute doesn’t mean he wouldn’t neither is it a must that he should. The loss of a child isn’t something you just go to a studio sit and sing about, it takes acceptance to let go and the strength to tell the story. Also not everyone is willing to commercialise their pain or use it in winning a crowd.

I don’t usually agree with Daniel. But, i think he hits unarguably compelling points.

The album isn’t a masterpiece to me tho. But this isn’t a time to throw shades or belittle him.
Davido has gone through so much lately.
In other words, he needs our support. The album is a 100/10
